UPS drops the ball

I had a nice recovery run this morning; 7+ miles 49 minutes easy, had to make one bathroom stop but those are the pitfalls of early morning runs.

I had planned on testing out some new gear at the pool after work, but UPS decided to screw up their delivery for the second consecutive day. Instead of swimming, I spent an hour on the phone with a UPS supervisor trying to fix their blunders. Fed-Ex only from here on out.
